iPhone Beer app?

Hey whats up everybody, im pretty new to modding the iphone-but someone in my class today told me that they heard of an application that when you take the phone off hold/idle its a picture of a beer filling up (the liquid going from the bottom of ur phone to the top), and when u move the phone sideways it shows the beer emptying..any ideas anyone?
