iphone black trade for white?

ok i was told by a friend that if i wanted to, since i dont like black, i could trade my black iphone for a white one? ok heres the deal, i bought my black iphone 4 from apple for $199. if i could prove by receipy that the phone was 199, could i trade it in for a white 4s? thanks!

So you're trying to trade a black iPhone 4 for a white iPhone 4S?

It's more likely you'll be able to get a white iPhone 4, and not a white iPhone 4S.

Hmmm, let's think about this. I go into a store and buy a white mouse. A friend told me that I could bring back the mouse and they'd give me a black rabbit!!! It must be true because it totally makes sense, and I even have a receipt!!!! So people would consider it bizarre to expect a business to upgrade and switch the color on the animal you just purchased (ha, like anyone ever goes to the store knowing what they want to buy!!!) but, like I said, I have a receipt and it makes sense to me!
