iPhone block number ability?

Hi all
Some phones give you an option to block certain numbers even SMS from getting through to you. How come the iPhone does not have this option. Is there an app available for this? I wish apple brings out this feature.

Their are cracked apps that may help.

Their is nothing available on the app store.
