iPhone blocked numbers feature

I currently have an iPhone 4 and will upgrade to the iPhone 6. My question is this: I have a few blocked numbers in my phone. If I back it up the contacts, etc. to iTunes & to icloud, will I have to manually re enter those blocked numbers or will they automatically be blocked on the 6?

If you backup and restore to/from icloud, it will be almost as if you never changed phones. All data is preserved.
