Does anyone know how to solve my problem here? My iPhone's bluetooth ain't working.... it can't discover new devices....

What are you trying to connect to? A computer or a headset?

Somehow i manage to use another 2G mobile to pair with my iphone, however the iphone refuse to get in connection. I was trying to send a file eg.mp3 over to the iphone to try the blutooth connection and speed but it failed. Can you explain what is wrong here?

Bluetooth on the iPhone only supports connection to headsets and handsfree devices - you can't send files over bluetooth (or do anything else remotely useful with it). Lame, I know but hopefully it will be fixed soon!
