iphone bluetooth car kit

Can anyone recommend a GOOD car kit for use with an iPhone? I'm trying to find a good one for my dad, he was using a nokia bluetooth it, i dont know the model number but it had a little dash mounted screen and a handset type thing with a dial and a answer/reject button. He got rid of it because of the terrible call quality when he used it with his iPhone (it worked perfectly with his others phones). Sound quality and overall ease of use is obviously important. So guys...any ideas? Even recommend what you use at the moment, if it works well with iPhone.
