iPhone Calendar Event Keeps Repeating

Hello, I am new to this forum mostly because of the problem I am experiencing now. Basically, I have an event in my calendar that I had added before a long time ago(a birthday) and for some reason my phone has now added this event to every single day, of every single month, of every single year... Yeah you get the point. Also for each day the event is set to repeat everyday. I hate to say it but I have a feeling it’s some type of virus or hack/download that i may have accidentally clicked okay for on a website I shouldn’t have been on. This has happened before but I was able to solve the problem by going into Calendars in settings and deleting the account adding those events, unfortunately there is no other account that I can delete this time. Hopefully someone on here can help me solve my problem or at least point me in the right direction. Thanks everyone!
