iPhone / Calendar Sync problem

Hi

First post here so looking forward to participating.

I have some spurious old entries in my iphone calendar going way back (2009)! They do not show up in Busy Cal!!!

I did a sync with iTunes on a replace data on this phone setting and the old entries are still there!

Any ideas?
