I searched forum and not able to find any answer to my question.

I have Mac (iMac) at home and PC (Windows) at work. I use home calendar on Mac and office calendar on Outlook. So, is there a way, I can sync both Home and Office to same iPhone.

I am asking this because if I connect Mac formatted iPod to windows system, it says, reformat with Windows?

Thanks for any help.

The Shuffle, Nano, Touch, and iPhone are all formatted in FAT32 (Windows) because HFS+ (Mac) is not optimal for Flash Drives.

That being said, NO, you cannot use both calendars. This in one thing that Mobile Me solves by keeping all your calendar's in sync. Additionally, you cannot currently have both a home Calendar and an Exchange Calendar.

Not correct.
I'm running exchange calendar via work and iCal via mobile me.
The iPhone can show either or both, but it only syncs work to work, home to home.

Which is what I said. You can use both Exchange and MobileMe, but you cannot sync directly to Exchange and your system's Callendar. The only solution is via MobileMe.
