I am new to iPhone from the Blackberry and am finding some things I don't like too much about the iPhone vs Blackberry. One is the Calendar app. Will this app not allow you to invite other attendees to a meeting? If not, are there any better alternatives to a Calendar app for the iPhone?

Not sure about invites but best app I found is CalenGoo, gives you access to your Google Calendar.
My wife and I view the SAME calendar so she adds an entry, I see it and vice versa. We also set it up to send you a text message however many minutes/hours/days before the event.
Great for sharing a calendar anyway
