Hello happy people!

I have searched and found nothing to help me out so anyone with any experience in this would be great.

I have a iPhone pro max 13 running iOS 16.5.1. For the last month or so, so over an update or two at least, the phone will start out a call no problem, then slowly the audio will just go to crap. It gets muted and sounds like it's washing out. After a while it can go away.

I've tried it with a case, without a case, no screen protector. Right after charging or off the charger for a while. Doesn't seem to have any reason I can think of. The speaker phone part works fine, and the bluetooth works fine, and when I play audio on the phone the speaker plays fine without any issue.

It's just when I'm in a call.

The only think I haven't done is blow away the phone and start over, but I'm dreading that as it will take so much to get back up and running again.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
