iPhone calling on MBP

I have successfully setup everything so that I can make and receive calls on my MBP however every time a call is initiated, it disconnects immediately and says "Call Failed."

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Make sure you also activate your Apple ID along with your phone number under settings----FT and settings----messages.

When you say "activate" you mean just have my Apple ID email as one of the calling options? I have that on both FT and Messages but it's still doing the "Call Failed" thing.
