iPhone calls not coming through to iPad

iPhone and iPad both running latest 14.4 release, and settings set up for allowing calls etc. Bluetooth on and both on same wi-if network.

Phone calls rarely if ever come through to iPad, Facstone calls come through on both and if I get a phone call shortly after a Facetime cal, then it works then stops again, ant ideas?
