Iphone Calls

I have an iphone 3g 8gb 3.1.3. Jailbroken. But i dont have enough cash to make my phone bill... (had to buy a 3gs 32gb) for my mom... Is there an app that is good to make phone calls.. I downloaded Icall but it cuts up soo much i cant hear the other person right...

vonage is pretty sweet over wifi, imo.

I heard Magicjack will be comming out with an app for the iphone also.
