iPhone Camera App Roll Alternative (Multimedia Manager)

In the the iPhone Camera app, I can only create Albums or Hide multimedia.
Is there a third party app one can use to do more?

1. To have more than one option to exclude personal multimedia from the rest.
2. At least have a kinda lock or 'passworded' hide function.

By the way, I do not need any cloud based photo manager, I would like all my photos ONLY in my camera.
