iPhone Camera Scratches?

To all No-Case iPhone users: Does your camera ever get scratched, therefore hurting the picture quality?
I love using my iPhone naked because of the design quality and feeling of it in my hand, but I'm starting to worry if my camera will get scratched, resulting in worse picture quality. Thank you.

How would a case prevent your camera from getting scratched? Most cases have that part open for obvious reasons.

Buy a bestskinsever / Wrapsol clear film for the rear panel, thin enough so it isn't noticeable but provides that 1-2mm of room so your camera never touches the ground
