iPhone camera settings?

Ive had this phone for 2 weeks now and now I'm starting to play w/ the camera. Are there any camera settings? Can I adjust the resolution, I dont want 1200x1600 pics all the time.

Not right now, hopefully with the new update they sneak in some custom options for the camera. It appears that the V1 camera was an after thought. The hardware is there, just need better software.

i'm all down for 5 megapixels!!!

hell i'd be ok with 3.2mp but the more the merrier! lets just get it out of the 2mp range... i mean seriously? could you try any less?

It appears that the V1 camera was an after thought.

The software may be lacking, but the iphone camera was certainly not an "afterthought". The demo unit displayed at MacWorld 2007 had a camera, which was 6 months before the iphone went on sale. Cellphones have had cameras for a long time, including the Treo which was one of the phones Apple was targeting with the iphone. A camera was part of the design from the start, I'm sure.
