iPhone 6(S)/Plus iphone camera

is it possible to upgrade the iphone 6/s camera by installing a higher iphone model camera in it??

Short answer, no.

Long answer, the highest you could go would be 6S+ and even then the parts are different - it wouldn't be a buy a 6S+ module and swap it for the 6+ module.
