iphone Camera

Fellow iPhone Users...

I am not sure when it happened as I have not been using my iphone Camera recently but when I open the camera application the camera/trigger button is greyed and the shutter is permanently shut? I have re installed the software but to no avail. Has this happened to anyone out there?

Nope.... turned them on then off... still did not work...

Okay, have you tried a reset (press home and sleep until it turns off)?

If yes, or that doesn't work, then a DFU restore may help.

Will I loose all the info on my phone or will it be recovered from back up?
