Iphone can not connect to ITunes

I have an Iphone 3GS with serial # 321282NBEDG. Note this not past the 35 week manufacturer date! Anyways, I upgraded it to the last IOS 5.0.1 through itunes. Then, I installed the jailbreak with redsn0w with 0.9.10b3 as well as the iPaD baseband in order to unlock. The install finished and now booted up with an activation required message. I slide to unlock phone and it asks me to connect to itunes. However, I can not connect to iTunes because the phone keeps rebooting every 30 seconds. How do I fix this?
