iphone cann´t make or receive call

l tried to upgrade my iphone 1.1.4 to 2.0 and locked but for solid days l have been able to fixed it back to it´s normally 1.1.4 through you lovely guys posts but my phone it´s telling me now l can not make calls receives calls and no carrier in my settings.So l hope you guys may help me again to use my iphone again.Bless
