iphone cannot make or receive calls tryed to restore iphone could not be restored...

i had firmware 1.1.4 unlocked+jailbroken and was in installer where i downloaded 2.0.0 firmware and restarted it when it loaded i got an error message on my phone saying iphone cannot make or receive calls which was true but i also couldnt get on wifi to fix it through ssh it had deleted my imei, baseband, and who knows what else so i had to restore in itunes back to 1.1.4 where i got errors saying iphone could not be restored i did it several times and got errors 1201 1601 1602 1603 6 1301 so i tryed ziphone to get it out of revovery mode with no luck i have been trying for weeks to save my phone but have had no luck so i hope to god you guys can help especially since you cant buy the new iphone off apple.com :[
