iPhone cannot update/restore 7.0.4.

Hi,

Tonight, I tried to update my iPhone 7.0.3. to 7.0.4. but I keep getting the Error 14 message saying that my phone cannot be restore or updated. I have made sure to got the latest version of iTunes, restarted computer, etc. with no luck.

Any suggestions? Phone is not usable right now saying that it needs to be connected to iTunes, but iTunes cannot restore/update it.
