iphone cant recognise WIFI after jailbreak

Hello guys

I have an iphone 3g FW 4.2.1. I have jailbroken it using redsn0w 0.9.6rc12 and installed the ipad firmware. However, after the jailbreak it doesnt recognise my wifi anymore. How can I fix it?
