iPhone can't view flash video even with Skyfire installed

i tried skyfire etc flash based browser but it still says flash not install

There is no good flash player for the iOS. I'm not sure in your success, but, you can try also Puffin web browser, Flv Player or OPlayer. The last one is video player, but it has web browser and can play .flv files.
