iphone case for working out

i am looking for an iphone 5 case for when i am at the gym. i want something that i can take off when i am not at the gym. i want to be able access it while working out too change music.

I have always reverted to a shuffle for workouts but on the few occasions I brought my phone along, I like the otterbox defender simply because of the belt clip (the added protection is also a plus). + Headphones with volume & track control...

I'm looking also, I've used the shuffle and nano for various activities but I always had my phone with me for the kids, and sometimes work. Now that I have an iPhone I'd like to use one device.
I've used combinations of heart rate monitors and gps units but the phone can do that and more so why not use it!
Bose had a combo arm band and headset pack, supposedly waterproof, I went back to best buy to check it but not in stock, anyone try that?
