iPhone Catalog/Database by Barcode?

Hi,

I'm looking for an application that will let me create a database of items with notes and then when I later scan the barcode of the item, it will bring up the item.

Most of my searches for barcode database apps bring me to ones that have an online component, if it allows me to compile a list of items that I have.

I've found GearID, but there's no barcode scan within it's database of items.

Any suggestions?
