iPhone charge only after restart

Hello and have a nice day.
I have iPhone 11. Not old, just 6 month.
But now I have problem with battery.
I charge my phone for whole night and when I awake battery percentage only 10-15% but when I restart phone battery show 90%. How can fix it ? Or this some battery issues and need repair it ?
