I can't get the stupid "check eligibility" app on the Apple site to work, keeps saying session expired or it just goes back to the start screen. Probably because the servers are bogged down so much with the order process. This really sucks!!

No way, you serious?

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 3_1_3 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/528.18 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile/7E18 Safari/528.16)

I hadn't noticed...

You must be the only one having problems, because judging by everyones posts on here, it seems like everyone is ordering theirs fairly easy.

Gives me a blank page, with just a header with AT&T logo "Premier Store", "Manage", and "Support", and a few more links at the top.

Probably trying to look up my account using a non-secure web service that has been shut off, LOL.

Apple having similar problems, when you get to "check availability".

When you do that, after just a few seconds, you get "Your session expired".

Seems like a conspiracy to acquire new customers. New customers gets the phones. Existing ones don't.

Before you throw things, I said it "seems" like a conspiracy!

Update: finally got past "your session expired" to "Your request couldn't be processed".

Amazingly, Macrumors is able to handle the load! ;)

Wait are you sure? It is supposed to go right past the "Check eligibility" right? Only an unprepared company would allow something like that to not work on one of their biggest days of the year.

Finally got through after running that page over about 30 times. Said I qualified for the $199/$299 price. Apparently you just have to keep trying, eventually it will work.
