Has anyone done this on an iPhone 3G or 3GS? One a scale of 1-10 (10 being extremely difficult), how would you rate the procedure? I have an old 3G with a badly scratched bezel and a new 3GS that's already showing scratches... Thanks.

if 10 is really the highest this scale goes, then 11 (from what I've heard)
your better off using one of the products designed to repair it
I've seen one that makes it into a brushed aluminium look (I believe it was just scotts brite pads, but I'm not sure, try searching this forum, and then google)
And I may have seen another one that makes it chrome again, but I'm not sure on that one

I tried the bezel blaster but didn't like the look of the bezel afterwards. It removed the scratches but changed the finish of the bezel.

Thanks for the input, everyone. I guess I'm going to give up on the idea of physically swapping out the bezel and will definitely give Bezel Blaster a look.
