when I get my replacement unit can I use 70% isopropyl alcohol pad to clean the back of phone ?

Yes it’s fine, it won’t damage the phone.

Yes you can. I use Zeiss lens wipes on my phones since the 5 and I’ve never ever had any issues with any of my phones.
