iPhone comes out of recover/dfu mode within 2 minutes

I have a problem with my iPhone 4s
It has been jailbroken on ios 8.1.2
I did a restore to factory settings
Now my iPhone stays in recover mode or DFU mode (don't know for sure) i get the iTunes logo with iPod connector.
My iPhone stays in that mode for one minute and then my screen turns black and the iPhone gets out of recover/dfu mode.
How can i get my iPhone back to work again or to be able to restore to a working IOS again?

put it in dfu mode yourself. do it like 2 or 3 times with your phone connected to iTunes then restore to factory settings.
