....I dont know if you're being sarcastic, but unboxing is very prevalent on places like youtube.

I was recording it to show my friend and that's what happened. He gave me the idea to post it and I said, might as well add the music. Turned out good. I get a laugh everytime I see it. I'll post the original soon!

I'm not. I mean, why go through the trouble of taping the unboxing of something that everyone and their grandma has? I could see if it were the world's only solid gold iPhone with optional neck and feet massage, but it's nearly as commonplace as pocket lint.

i too have documented my iphone unboxing, except i took photos instead of video. mine was placed nicely on the floor. my iphone is the one with the plastic casing, the other 1 is not mine.

Why not record it. When you look back videos are always funny. Image the day when you can say, that was the iPhone? Just look at the videos of the Jobs Keynotes. It's hilarious to here him say "8 gb of storage" on some of the first computers.

i'll record it the next time when the 2nd gen iphone comes out. i'll probably even go to the launch lol. but i'll certainly not drop my iphone
