Iphone composite fullscreen?

Hi,

If I bought one of the Apple Composite cables for my iphone 4s would it show a film I've downloaded from iTunes in HD and would it play it fullscreen or the letterbox way, the same way the iPhone shows up when you mirror it to the apple tv?

Composite video is limited to SD.

You want Component cables.

Depends partially on your TV's aspect ratio.
