This is an iphone concept I made in Adobe Fireworks.

Icons are in flat style.

The physical home button has been removed and replaced with a "center" button up top. It also shows the recent apps being used, or used to go back to homescreen.

Bigger camera - forgot to design the flash.

and so on =)

The hardware side looks nice. I'd love to see a phone like that without too much of a bezel.

However, I think the software looks a bit monotonous. Maybe try sticking iOS 7 on the mockup and see what it looks like?
 
quite generic hw design but i do like the multitask bar. wonder why apple never implemented a hidden app dock triggered by swipe from a bottom corner. it feels silly double clicking that home button, it's a touch interface so make it so.
