iPhone Configuration Utility profile fails

Hi
I've got my phone jail broken and I'm using a sim from 711 speak out. They've advised me I need a new APN to get it to work, Ive gotten the details, punched them into the ICU but when I ask it to install it fails every time. I've uninstalled the ICU, reinstalled and restarted my computer but no luck.

Does anyone know what can cause the ICU to fail to install a profile?
