Hey friends,

Title says it all. Anyone else have this problem? I'll be doing some normal activity like using Maps or Safari, and it'll suddenly ask me to put in my iTunes password. Any ideas?

I would log out of your iTunes account and plug it into iTunes.

Do a back up & then a restore.

Problem should be solved.

I think it does that when it believes it has unfinished downloads. In iTunes select Check For Downloads (or something) and sync your phone.

I have the same problem

And yes it seems to do it when new season pass downloads are available,
but it didn't use to do this. I think It started with the latest iTunes update.

Mine does too! But so what? It's surely no trouble to enter a password!?

that's odd? mine will ask for it if i go to itunes and download or update.... and if i shut the phone off in between... i'll have to reenter it... but it doesn't just randomly pop up when i'm in another app????
