iPhone Contacts: Notes Field: X-CLASS: private

When I go to iCloud and look at my contacts, most of them have "X-CLASS: private" in the notes field. Does anyone know what this means? :confused:

Don't think it means anything. Probably some software stuff up or something. Wouldn't pay much attention to it.
