In my Outlook Contact list, I list businesses first before people. So, I have a ton of businesses at the top and I just make sure that the first character of the last name is an asterisk. That way, they all show up at the top. However, in my iPhone Contact list, it appears to ignore the asterisk and move on to the first alpha character. For example, in Outlook, *Microsoft would be at the top of my list, but it would be in the "M's" on the iPhone. How can I make sure to have a group of contacts appear at the very top of my list?

Why don't you create a businesses contact group and throw those people in there?
