Here is a question buddy
I had an iphone 4, after the contract is over i gave it to my relative as a gift, later again i purchased an another iphone 4. I am now using the new iphone and it works fine. the old iphone was synched with itunes or icloud( not to my itunes or to my pc). now all my contacts are replaced with the other phone which i am not using, can any one help me solve this problem

It could be that you've got iCloud pushing new contacts etc to your new phone? Did you wipe the older phone before giving it away? perhaps your old phone still is using your icloud account and pushing all new changes to your new phone?
