iPhone Continuous Restart and error (9)

Anyone know how to fix this? Iv done restores but all i get is error (9) and black and while lines on the screen at the verifying iPhone software stage. The phone was perfect untill yesterday being unlocked on rogers, then it got to 20% battery and shut off. Now all it does is this. Iv tried iNdependence and AppTapp. Any help would be great! Thanks
