Hey guys, so I have a delima.
My iPhone has been suffering from major cracks lately, what started out as hairline cracks has become deep black cracks. They don't bother me THAT much - I'm just worried they'll get worse. I have dozens of "hairline" cracks, only one deep crack by the ringer switch.

I bought my iPhone at bestbuy september last year. I bought the PGP warranty with it. I took my phone to bestbuy and the chick there gave me the "we only replace iphones that usually dont work". Great, whatever. I then took my iPhone to the only apple retailer in Alaska, (www.akmacstore.com) and they told me that Apple does not allow them to work on iPhones...

So, guys, I'm frustrated and lost, what should I do? God bless who ever can help me!

call 1-800-myiphone

Or of course you could move.... I can say that as my Mom lives in Kasilof and we often tell her to move back to America......

Good luck and I used the number 2 weeks ago and they were fantastic!!

haha, thought about moving. I like to go backpacking a lot though, our summers are great. I don't have any winter hobbies though. I've thought about moving to Arizona, or maybe California.
Is that a phone number to apple?

yea, contact apple. they'll probably send you a box that you can just put the iphone in and drop it in the mail

Here is a good reference and also includes the option for an advanced replacement so you will not be without an iPhone.

Thanks guys -
What's a good number to get a hold of Apple, do I call a general customer service number or a iphone number? is that 1800myiphon business an apple extension?
