iphone cradle/docking station that syncs and charges?

I'm still on the hunt for a docking station that will charge AND sync.. all the ones i've found so far only charge it seems..

Can anyone point me to one that does both.. hoping one that doesnt cost an arm and a leg (say $15 or less)..
