iphone crashed? won't' reboot?

iphone 4 here, jailbroken, cydia, reddsnow

i can't restore thru iTunes without getting error 21 or 1600, so can't do a full reboot

freezes at apple screeen

can get it to go to USB ---> iTunes screen

when i try to re- jailbreak it... it goes thru.. i see the pineapple then freezes at the apple icon.... and thats all i can do...

won't boot thru reddsn0w...

stuck ;/ and clueless
