Hello,

Even after I created my own custom greeting on ATT, there is a automated voice - "After the tone please leave a message".

Is there a way to avoid having ATT add this sentence after my custom greeting plays?

There is not a way to get rid of it. Some ATT members are on the old platform still and got grandfathered into not having one, but the rest of us have it. The best you can do is state in your message to hit pound key to by pass it, for example: "Hi it's Eric, press the pound key to to leave me a message."
