Iphone data plan

Alright, so I'm planning on getting a 3g iphone (hopefully next week), but I'm still trying to figure out the whole att plan for existing customers. I'm on a plan with my family which has unlimited text messaging. So what i'm wondering is if once I add my data plan, will I no longer be a part of the unlimited text messaging since the data plan only comes with 200?

depending on how much the 3G data plan is, which i imagine it will be the same price at $20.

So yes, 1500 texts for $30 and unlimited data / text for $40. That is if the current rates stay the same.
