Hey everyone,
I have a problem with my iPhone data. I only have 200 mb and my phone uses about 500 - 1000 kb idle of data. I close down all apps that use data, and it is still using data. My question is, is there a way to turn data on and off without using airplane mode. My phone is an iPhone 4s and I don't use Siri.

Turn off 3G data. It's somewhere in Settings > General iirc.

Settings/general/network/Cellular Data Off.
It will not pull or use any carrier data. Also your MMS and visual voicemail wont work while its off.

Yes, that will work with no probs.
And you could still connect and use wifi for data.
