iPhone Degrades Picture quality?????

Hey

I emailed some high quality digital camera pictures to myself and accessed them via the Mail app. The images were about 1.8 MB and there were 5 altogether.
I downloaded the images to my iPhone and all was good however when I went to view them in the photos app they were somewhat blurry, which puzzled me. Anyone know the cause? Is it Memory limitations?

It's because you shared the files, which degrades the quality. Use copy/paste.

This is a problem with the way the iPhone saves images. It greatly reduces the quality of any image saved from an email, the internet, or synced from iTunes. The only way to get the best quality is to jailbreak it and ssh the images over.
