I have an iPhone 6s Plus running the latest non beta version of iOS. On two separate occasions my iPhone has deleted all my audiobooks on my device. The first time it happened I called Apple and questioned them on why this would have happened. They had no idea and attributed the issue to the most recent update that I had done that morning and that it must have been an isolated incident. But this morning it happened again while I was listening to an audiobook and I don't think Apple will be of any help this time either.
