iPhone delivered with bricked software?

Has this happened to anyone else? My iPhone was delivered and when plugged in displays the apple logo, turns off, and continue this loop. When plugged into the wall outlet it starts up and says plug into iTunes. I'm going to work on restoring it and see if that fixes anything. Apple gave me a card saying I could come in at 10am and get a new iPhone with no lines though.

Try DFU mode and restore

I've tried in DFU mode, but keeps giving me 2001 and 2006 errors.

This is what it shows when in dfu/restore mode. Nothing about the iPhone shows up, it's weird.

Maybe they forgot to put your memory in...?!?!
